When it comes to sleep, a before bed routine is something that is simple to implement and can really work wonders to get your little one ready for the night. ~ Having the same set of circumstances each night can help your baby or child to wind down and set there mind for relaxation and sleep. ~ Starting with a warm bath or shower, followed by quiet time and books or songs and some cuddles is a beautiful way to spend quality and mindful time with your bub before bed. You can also implement some “sleepy words” that you use at bedtime to help them associate those words with their sleep time.
